Just 3 verses, but so much to pull from it.
Just a few things I got from it.
Those who say they are Jews but are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.
What? Fake Jews? Yes, there are lots of conversations about this. The thing with the scattering of Jews and twisting of history has allowed for people to claim to be Jewish who are not. And Here’s a mind-bender, the top 1% of the world ruling over us and trying to usher in tyranny…all Jewish. Please don’t add words to what I said. This is nothing more than stating a fact, not judging all because of the actions of a few.
Could it be that these persecutors are not of real Jewish descent? Some theories suggest as much, but who really knows? But we do know that based on their actions that allow people to suffer for profit, they are a synagogue of Satan.
We must understand that as Christians we’re called to not deny Him even in the face of death. And these verses are telling us, to prepare for that. Many Christians have already faced such persecution and tribulation.
In the West, we’ve had it far too easy. While some believe we’re going to see a revival, my research has shown we’ve experienced a falling away. Scripture says there will be a great apostasy, or falling away.
We’ve seen the stats that show so many have left their Christian roots and the big Christian music boom that happened in the early 2000s has dwindled as these Christian celebrities have “deconstructed” their faith and walked away.
If there is a revival, and from what I’ve seen of the recent revival in the USA, it’s heavily influenced and fabricated by the Roman Catholic church. We’re currently seeing the headship of that church calling on all Christian denominations as well as other key religions to unite back into one religion under their roof.
My point is, many are hoping for some revival, some utopia that’s coming soon, but the truth is, it’s going to get much harder before it gets better.
Yes, let’s have joy in knowing that Jesus already won. We have nothing to fear in our salvation. But we must also prepare spiritually for the things that must happen. When we refuse to deny Jesus even to death, we will receive the crown of life.
What are your thoughts on this?
Am I in the right direction?
What did you get out of these verses that might be different than me?
